Jose Luis received his Master in Telecommunication Engineering from UPC Barcelona (1989), and has a Master in Marketing Research from UB Barcelona (2001). Former CMO at Signadyne, a startup company specialized in complex control systems for quantum applications which was acquired by Keysight Technologies in 2016.

Jose Luis has a commercial and technical background in Microwave (antenna, satellite and short range wireless technologies) and was appointed in Dec 2017 as Business Development Manager for Quantum Engineering Solutions.
