Since graduating with a master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 1994, Luca has developed an extensive knowledge of radio network technologies ranging from 2G through to 5G, gaining over 24 years of experience in mobile radio network design and operations. Luca has been collaborating with Prisma Telecom Testing (now Keysight) since 2006 in a Senior Business Development and Product Management role, also leading the development of Prisma’s critical communications solutions portfolio. Since 2002 Luca has combined his consulting activity with an academic collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano and the Università di Bergamo.
